Chan Luu Online Store Return Guidelines
Thank you for your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund, less any applicable shipping charges, within 30 days of the invoice date. The merchandise must be unworn, unaltered and in resalable condition to qualify for a refund.
RETURNS - FOR U.S./CANADA ORDERS OVER $75
U.S. and CANADA orders over $75 qualify for Free Return Shipping. If your order qualified for Free Return Shipping, your order will include an additional Return Form with instructions and a pre-paid FedEx Ground shipping label for your convenience. You can download a new Return Form here.
RETURNS - FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL AND U.S. ORDERS UNDER $75
If your order shipped outside the U.S. or was a U.S. order under $75, your order did not qualify for Free Return Shipping. You may return merchandise via any traceable method of your choice to the address below. Please note that Chan Luu, LLC will not be responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return,

You must include the original Packing Slip with your Return. If the original Packing Slip is not available, you can download a Return Form here.
We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.
HOLIDAY GIFT STORE CREDIT:
We want you to love your Holiday gift this season! If you received an item purchased from the Chan Luu Online Store (www.ChanLuu.com) or Chan Luu Santa Monica, we will offer a store credit in the amount of the merchandise. Items must be unworn and in perfect reselling condition for store credit to be issued. Items must be purchased from the Chan Luu Online Shop (www.ChanLuu.com) or Chan Luu Santa Monica to qualify for store credit. Our Holiday Gift Store Credit policy only applies to orders that were placed from the Chan Luu Online Store or Chan Luu Santa Monica between November 1st, 2016 and January 30th, 2017. Taxes and Shipping Charges will apply to all new orders. If you have any questions about our Holiday Store Credit Policy, please contact our Chan Luu Online Store Customer Service.
If you received a Chan Luu item as a gift and would like to exchange it for another, please contact customer service via email at email@example.com for more assistance.
INCORRECT OR DEFECTIVE ITEM

CHAN LUU JEWELRY - WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY
Thank you for purchasing an authentic Chan Luu jewelry piece. Chan Luu jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans using natural materials and intricate hand-looming, knotting, and wrapping techniques. Natural variation is inherent in our jewelry and only adds to the character of each piece.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority so we are happy to offer the following Warranty and Repair services for your Chan Luu jewelry:
Your Chan Luu jewelry piece is protected from the date of purchase by a one-year warranty. We will repair at no charge to you any defect or damage found within one calendar year of the date of purchase. There will be a $25 fee for repairs requested after one calendar year from the date of purchase - some repairs may result in higher fees if valuable components are determined to be missing. If we cannot repair your original Chan Luu jewelry piece, we will gladly replace it with the same style or with a similar piece of equal or greater value.
To submit your Warranty or Repair, please complete the Warranty / Repair Request form and follow the instructions, or contact us at email@example.com. Please note that we CANNOT process Warranty or Repair Requests which are NOT accompanied by the fully completed Warranty / Repair Request form. Jewelry pieces received without the Warranty / Repair Request form will not be repaired and will be returned to the sender.
You are responsible for shipping your damaged or defective Jewelry piece to Chan Luu. To ensure successful transit, please ship your piece to Chan Luu headquarters using a reputable shipping service which provides tracking information. Upon completion, your repaired piece will be shipped back to you at no additional charge. Warranty and Repair requests are individually processed and repairs are made by hand – please allow eight weeks from the date your jewelry piece is received by us.
For defects or damages noted after one calendar year from the date of purchase, we must receive the $25 payment before we can process. Please enclose a check made payable to Chan Luu LLC, or include your credit card information and payment authorization on the Warranty / Repair Request form.
Please note that this Warranty and Repair Policy applies only to authentic Chan Luu jewelry. Clothing, scarves, and other accessory items are not covered by this Policy.
