Chan Luu Online Store Return Guidelines

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chan Luu purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges, by following these simple steps:

  • You must ship your Return to Chan Luu, Inc. within 30 days of invoice date,
  • Your Return must be in its original condition and may not be altered in any way, and
  • You must include the original Packing Slip with your Return. If the original Packing Slip is not available, please download and include the Chan Luu RETURN FORM.

You should ship your Return via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post. Please be sure to keep the Return Tracking Number until you receive your refund. The cost of returns are not paid for by Chan Luu, Inc. and will not be reflected in your refund amount. Your return should be addressed to:

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of receipt. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.

Exchanges:

We do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one Chan Luu item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above Return Guidelines and place a new order for the item you would like.

HOLIDAY GIFT STORE CREDIT:

We want you to love your Holiday gift this season! If you received an item purchased from the Chan Luu Online Store (www.ChanLuu.com), we will offer a store credit in the amount of the merchandise. Items must be unworn and in perfect reselling condition for store credit to be issued. Items must be purchased from the Chan Luu Online Shop (www.ChanLuu.com) to qualify for store credit. Our Holiday Gift Store Credit policy only applies to orders that were placed from the Chan Luu Online Store between November 1st, 2013 and January 30th, 2014. Taxes and Shipping Charges will apply to all new orders. If you have any questions about our Holiday Store Credit Policy, please contact our Chan Luu Online Store Customer Service.

Gift Returns:

If you received a gift purchased from the Chan Luu Online Store, you may contact Customer Service to obtain the original order information. You may return the gift by following the above Return Guidelines. The refund will be applied to the original form of payment.

Incorrect or Defective Item:

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Chan Luu Online Store Customer Service within 30 days of invoice date to request a Call Tag. Please include the original Packing Slip or Chan Luu Return Form with your return, and note the specific defect or error.
